Meet Siva
Siva is 28 years old and is committed to Gayatri(25). she and her family are waiting for Siva to get settled before marriage.
He is an undergraduate, and for the past three years, he has been working at an Insurance company.
He does not mind his job, he is pretty good at it, but it does not inspire him or fill him with joy either. He is not passionate.
He wishes he and his lover could escape the rat race and live with financial freedom.
He fears for his future. He may lose his job anytime. He has lots of monthly EMI’s and loans to be paid.
Time is ticking away. He is getting older, and a career change seems impossible.
He does not want his wife to work. Even if she did, it is unlikely that the extra money can improve their lifestyle.
He is living in a rented house from birth, and his dream is to live in his own home. He has a two-wheeler, still paying it’s EMI.
He prefers tea over coffee, loves Rajinikanth films, and watches a movie with family atleast twice in 6 months.
He is not happy about getting a hike in income as he realized inflation gets more walk than him.
For the past few months, he has been searching to make money from the free time he gets after work.
But he hasn’t found a reliable solution yet and hasn’t made any money from other sources.
He thinks he cannot become a millionaire overnight, but believe it is possible to make1 lakh/month if he works hard. And that will allow him and his future wife to live with financial freedom.
I was able to find Siva from my potential customers by conducting a survey, researching their online activities, and talking to them personally.
Now I know for whom should I develop the product, write marketing messages, and optimize the customer experience.
